What LeadUp does, who it is for, and how to try it.
What is LeadUp?
LeadUp is advertising management software for digital marketing agencies. It brings budget pacing, monitoring and alerts, search term auditing, ad copy review, call and form lead analysis, conversion tracking, and Local Services Ads automation into one platform.
Read about LeadUpWho is LeadUp for?
LeadUp is built for digital marketing agencies and paid media teams that manage multiple client accounts. Individual businesses can also use the Local Services Ads message workflow for their own leads.
Can LeadUp manage paid advertising across multiple clients?
Yes. Teams can connect supported advertising and lead sources, monitor performance and budgets, analyze leads, and run repeatable optimization workflows without switching between disconnected tools for every client.
Which platforms does LeadUp integrate with?
LeadUp supports Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta Ads, and StackAdapt as advertising platforms. It analyzes calls from CallRail, WhatConverts, and Google Local Services Ads, and delivers alerts by Slack or email.
Is there a free trial?

Book a demoCan I test LeadUp on a real account for free?

What you pay for, how usage works, and how to cancel.
How much does LeadUp cost?
The platform subscription price is $49.99 USD per month, billed monthly. Call analysis, LSA message conversations, terms auditing, and forms analysis are billed separately based on usage, so you are not charged for a usage-based service you do not use.
See pricing and usage ratesWhat is included in the monthly subscription?
The subscription includes budget management and pacing, campaign monitoring and alerts, visual ad review, client onboarding, location analysis, dashboards, reporting, and support.
What are the usage-based rates?
Call analysis costs $0.03 per minute, and LSA message conversations cost $1 per conversation. Terms auditing and forms analysis each cost $0.05 per 1,000 tokens.
How do I estimate my monthly bill?
Use the calculator on the pricing page to set your expected usage. For example, 1,500 call minutes, 25 LSA conversations, 35,000 terms auditing tokens, and 20,000 forms analysis tokens add $72.75 to the $49.99 subscription, for an estimated $122.74 per month.
Estimate your usageDo you charge per client, account, or team member?
No. Your base subscription stays the same as your client roster and team grow. You can connect unlimited advertising accounts and onboard unlimited clients, with no per-seat charges.
How many tokens do I need to audit 450 search terms?
Auditing 450 search terms typically requires around 35,000 tokens. At $0.05 per 1,000 tokens, that comes out to about $1.75 for a complete audit. Actual usage depends on the content being analyzed.
How many tokens does a form submission analysis use?
A form submission typically uses 800 to 1,600 tokens, or about $0.04 to $0.08 per form. Longer forms with more fields and text use more tokens.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time and keep access to all features until the end of your current billing period.
Accounts & Security
How accounts connect, how data is protected, and who stays in control.
How does LeadUp connect to my accounts?
Google products connect through Google OAuth: sign in with your Google account, authorize LeadUp, and select the accounts you want to connect. Call and form data can be sent to LeadUp by webhook, such as post-call data from CallRail or submissions from your website forms.
How secure is my data?
LeadUp uses industry-standard security protocols and encryption to protect your data. Google connections use Google OAuth, so you do not share your Google password with LeadUp, and the access tokens LeadUp stores for services such as Google, CallRail, and WhatConverts are encrypted.
Read the privacy policyWill LeadUp change my ad accounts automatically?
Not without your say-so. Negative keywords and ZIP code exclusions are applied only when you approve them, and monitoring only reads data and sends alerts. Automations you choose to turn on, such as sending conversions to Google Ads or submitting LSA lead ratings, run according to your settings.
Can multiple team members use the same account?
Yes. Team members can share access to the platform using the same account credentials, so one team email gives everyone who needs LeadUp access.
Google Ads Tools
Search terms, ad copy, monitoring, and location analysis.
How does LeadUp find negative keywords?
LeadUp reviews each search term alongside its campaign, ad group, location targeting, active keywords, and existing negatives. It flags irrelevant queries, explains each recommendation, and lets you edit the keyword or match type before you push it to the account.
Explore the negative keyword toolWhich campaign types can I audit?
LeadUp supports Google Ads Search campaigns and Performance Max campaigns where search term data is available.
Does LeadUp analyze Search and Performance Max ad copy?
Yes. LeadUp shows the performance of individual responsive search ad headlines and descriptions and Performance Max text assets, then helps you develop AI-assisted rewrites. You decide whether to keep the original, revise the suggestion, or approve the new copy.
Explore the ad copy toolWhich Google Ads alerts can I create?
You can build rules for spend, conversions, cost per lead, cost per click, click-through rate, and conversion rate, using absolute thresholds or percentage changes. Rules run daily, weekly, or monthly across the accounts you subscribe, and alerts are delivered by Slack or email.
Explore Google Ads monitoringCan I see Google Ads performance by ZIP code?
Yes. Location analysis shows ZIP code performance on a map and in a sortable table, next to U.S. Census demographics. It is built for U.S. ZIP codes and is included in the monthly subscription.

Can LeadUp automatically respond to Google LSA messages?
Yes. An AI agent configured for each business can respond to new LSA message leads, ask relevant questions, collect lead details, follow up, and qualify the opportunity. Your team can pause the automation and take over a conversation at any time.
Explore LSA message automationCan the AI book appointments or promise availability?
No. LeadUp is designed for intake and qualification. It can collect a preferred time and other scheduling details, but it does not promise availability, confirm an appointment, set pricing, or make business decisions for the company.
Can LeadUp submit Google LSA lead ratings?
Yes. LeadUp can create and submit ratings automatically for eligible calls when complete automation is enabled. Teams that prefer oversight can review, edit, and submit each rating from inside LeadUp.
Explore Google LSA managementCan I send leads to my CRM?
Yes. LeadUp can send contact details, service requests, AI summaries, qualification results, and other collected information from Local Services Ads leads into your existing CRM or lead workflow.
How does call analysis work?
LeadUp transcribes, summarizes, and evaluates calls using the same qualification framework across every client, so your team can understand call quality without listening to every recording.
Explore call analysisCan LeadUp send call and form conversions to Google Ads?
Yes. LeadUp scores each lead and sends the resulting conversion and value back to Google Ads, so reporting and value-based bidding reflect lead quality rather than raw volume. You do not need a CRM to connect CallRail to Google Ads this way.
Explore conversion trackingDoes form lead scoring work with my form tool?
It works with any tool that can send an HTTP POST with a JSON body and a custom header to your LeadUp webhook URL. That covers custom sites, many WordPress form plugins, and automation tools like Zapier and Make.

Pacing spend across clients and getting access to new accounts.
Can I manage budgets at the client, platform, and campaign level?

Explore budget managementWhich platforms does client onboarding support?
Client onboarding currently supports Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Google Merchant Center are coming soon. Share one reusable link and clients can review the request and connect their accounts.
Explore client onboardingDo clients have to share their Google passwords?
No. Clients sign in through Google and authorize LeadUp to complete the access request. They review the requested access and select the accounts to share, and your agency never needs their Google password.
Can clients remove agency access later?
Yes. Clients can review or remove agency access in Google Ads Access and security, Google Analytics Access management, or Google Tag Manager User Management.
